Association Services has been the leader in HOA management in the Bryan/College Station area for 20 years. Our goal is to provide accurate record keeping with prompt and friendly customer service at an exceptional value in price. Our services have grown from simple accounting of membership accounts to encompassing all aspects of operations in HOA communities.

Starting out as a direct mail marketing firm in 1980, AdMail (Advertising Mail Corp.) began assisting with the bookkeeping of one homeowner association. As time went by more services were added along with more homeowner associations. A new name was adopted and Association Services came into its own. Now, dedicated staff responds quickly to the requests of property owners, Realtors and title companies. As the number of new associations grows, Association Services is ready to meet the needs and challenges of these communities, helping them maintain their property values, and prosper as they mature.
